In this blog post, we’ll guide you through the different statuses your order may have, and how to use this new feature for a seamless experience.

What Does Your Delivery Status Mean?

Understanding your delivery status is crucial for keeping track of your orders. We’ve simplified this process by clearly defining each status:

Ready to be Picked

When your order is marked as “Ready to be Picked,” it means your order has been processed but has not yet been handed over to the warehouse team. It might still be awaiting payment verification or stock availability. This phase ensures all your order details are correct and everything is in place for the next step.

Being Picked

When your order status changes to “Being Picked,” it indicates that our warehouse team is actively working on fulfilling your order. They are picking and preparing it for dispatch. During this stage, you can rest assured that your order is being handled with care and precision.

Shipped

The most exciting status—”Shipped”! This means your order is on its way to you. You can expect delivery by APC within 24 hours for parts and by PALLEX within the specified timeline for scooters. If you do not receive your order within these timelines, please contact us so we can assist you promptly.
